I. Product Function
1. Pipe diameter transition fitting used to achieve coaxial connection between two pipes of different diameters;
2. Suitable for diameter transition connections at the inlet and outlet of vertical risers, boilers, and pressure vessels;
3. Used for size conversion in oil and gas, steam, water supply and drainage, and sewage conveying pipelines;
4. Supporting pipe fitting for mine ventilation, power plant ventilation and sewage discharge, and storage tank bottom piping.
II. Specification and Material Parameter Table

Available Materials | Q235, 20#, Q355B carbon steel |
III. Material Application Scenarios
1. Q235: economical type, mostly used for normal-temperature and low-pressure water conveying and ventilation pipelines;
2. 20#: resistant to high temperature and high pressure, suitable for steam and high-temperature oil and gas process pipelines;
3. Q355B: high-strength steel, suitable for large-diameter buried pipe networks and heavy equipment pipelines.
IV. Product Advantages
The concentric conical structure provides high coaxiality and stable fluid resistance. The one-piece stamped structure has no spliced welds, offering excellent pressure-bearing and leak-proof performance. Both ends are provided with unified welding bevels, suitable for spiral welded pipes, straight seam welded pipes, and seamless steel pipes. The whole fitting can be coated with an anti-corrosion layer, providing resistance to acid and alkali soil corrosion in buried applications, with strong adaptability for vertical pipeline installation.
