III. Material Application Scenarios
1. Q235: economical type, suitable for normal-temperature and low-pressure water supply and drainage, and ventilation pipelines;
2. 20#: resistant to high temperature and high pressure, suitable for steam and high-temperature oil and gas process pipelines;
3. Q355B: high-strength steel, used for large-diameter buried pipe networks and heavy industrial pipelines.
IV. Product Advantages
Integrally seamless extrusion formed with no spliced welds, eliminating leakage risks under high-pressure working conditions. The branch transition has a smooth arc, reducing medium flow resistance. All three ports of the tee are provided with unified welding bevels, suitable for seamless pipes, straight seam pipes, and spiral welded pipes. The whole fitting can be coated with an anti-corrosion layer, providing resistance to soil acid and alkali corrosion in buried applications, with pressure-bearing strength superior to welded fabricated tees.
