Recently, our core management team was invited to visit Laos for an on-site inspection of Asia-Potash International’s potash mining base in Khammouane Province. The visit focused on in-depth exchanges and discussions around potash resource development, bromine processing technology, and the full industrial chain layout of salt chemical production. Based on complementary industrial strengths, the two parties successfully reached a strategic cooperation agreement.

From September 4 to 5, 2025, the 7th China (Shanghai) International Cruise Shipbuilding and Repair Forum & Exhibition was successfully held in Shanghai. Our company was invited to attend the event, where Mr. Shi Lei, General Manager of the company, delivered a themed presentation. At the same time, we set up a dedicated booth to showcase our core marine supporting products.

On May 9, 2026, the General Manager and core management team of our company, together with the Chairman, Secretary-General, and other representatives of the Yangzhou-Zhenjiang-Taizhou Alumni Association of Lanzhou University of Technology, were invited to visit Zhenjiang Erzhong Heavy Equipment Co., Ltd. for an inspection and exchange activity.

On January 17, 2026, the 2026 Annual Meeting of the Yangzhou-Zhenjiang-Taizhou Alumni Association of Lanzhou University of Technology was successfully held. During the event, our company officially signed a strategic cooperation agreement with Erzhong (Zhenjiang) Heavy Equipment Co., Ltd., marking the beginning of a new chapter of in-depth collaboration, mutual benefit, and win-win development.
