Recently, our core management team was invited to visit Laos for an on-site inspection of Asia-Potash International’s potash mining base in Khammouane Province. The visit focused on in-depth exchanges and discussions around potash resource development, bromine processing technology, and the full industrial chain layout of salt chemical production. Based on complementary industrial strengths, the two parties successfully reached a strategic cooperation agreement.
During the visit, accompanied by representatives of Asia-Potash International, the delegation toured the potash mining area, intelligent production workshops, and deep-processing industrial park in Laos. The team gained a systematic understanding of the base’s resource reserves, mining processes, production capacity, and green production system. Asia-Potash International also introduced its bromine product R&D, upstream and downstream salt chemical industry chain layout, product application scenarios, and international development strategy, fully demonstrating its resource advantages and technical strength in the Southeast Asian potash sector. Leveraging high-quality potash resources in Laos, the company has established a complete industrial system integrating mining, processing, and deep processing, laying a solid foundation for extended cooperation across the industrial chain.
During the symposium, both parties introduced their main businesses, industrial layouts, and development plans. In line with industry trends, they held in-depth discussions on key areas such as salt chemical supporting services, bromine industry collaboration, resource sharing, and project coordination, further clarifying cooperation opportunities and follow-up directions. With highly aligned development concepts and complementary resource advantages, the two parties officially signed a cooperation agreement and established a long-term, stable strategic partnership.
This cross-border visit and cooperation marks an important step for our company in expanding diversified industrial sectors and extending its business layout. Moving forward, both parties will leverage their respective strengths to deepen collaborative cooperation in the salt chemical and bromine industries, jointly pursue mutual benefit and win-win development, and inject new momentum into high-quality and diversified corporate growth.
