I. Product Material
Made of Q235B carbon structural steel, formed by double-wall composite spiral submerged arc welding. The steel offers excellent low-temperature toughness, stable welded forming performance, and high overall mechanical strength.
II. Product Application
1. Large-scale urban water supply and drainage systems, and long-distance main water transmission pipelines;
2. Sewage treatment plants and river sewage conveying pipeline networks;
3. Flood control diversion systems and buried pipelines for underground utility tunnels;
4. Large-diameter ventilation and tailings conveying pipelines for mines and power plants.

IV. Product Advantages
The double-layer pipe wall is integrally formed, providing outstanding resistance to compression and ground settlement. The spiral weld seam offers uniform stress distribution and good pressure-bearing sealing performance. Anti-corrosion coatings can be applied to both the inner and outer walls, extending service life in buried applications. The long single-pipe length reduces on-site welding joints and lowers the risk of leakage.
