III. Material Application Scenarios
1. Q235: general economical type, suitable for conventional sealing of low-pressure water conveying and ventilation pipelines;
2. 20#: resistant to high temperature and high pressure, suitable for steam and oil and gas process pipelines, as well as small pressure vessels;
3. Q355B: high-strength steel, used for large-diameter buried pipelines and heavy-duty storage tank heads.
IV. Product Advantages
The elliptical arc structure provides uniform stress distribution and stronger pressure-bearing capacity. The one-piece stamped structure has no welds and offers good leak-proof sealing performance. It can be welded with spiral welded pipes, straight seam welded pipes, and seamless steel pipes. Multi-layer anti-corrosion treatment is supported, providing resistance to acid and alkali soil corrosion in buried applications, with simple and convenient on-site assembly and construction.
