I. Product Function
1. Pipe diameter transition fitting used to connect two pipes of different diameters;
2. Specially designed for horizontal pipelines to prevent the formation of air pockets and liquid accumulation dead zones;
3. Size conversion fitting for clean pipelines in food, pharmaceutical, and purified water systems;
4. Supporting component for chemical desulfurization, coastal water supply and drainage, ventilation, and anti-corrosion pipelines.
II. Specification and Material Parameter Table

III. Material Application Scenarios
1. 304: a general economical option, suitable for clean water, ventilation, and non-strongly corrosive working conditions;
2. 316L: molybdenum-containing material resistant to chloride ions, dedicated to chemical engineering and coastal salt-spray environments;
3. 321: high-temperature-resistant material, suitable for high-temperature steam and heat exchange pipelines;
4. 2205 duplex stainless steel: high strength and strong corrosion resistance, suitable for seawater and heavily acid-alkali corrosive pipelines.
IV. Product Advantages
The eccentric sloped design prevents liquid and gas accumulation during horizontal installation, ensuring smooth medium flow. The one-piece stamped structure has no spliced welds and provides good sealing performance. The smooth inner wall is not prone to scaling, offering hygienic and corrosion-resistant performance. Both ends are provided with standard welding bevels, allowing seamless connection with various stainless steel pipes.
