I. Product Function
1. A dedicated fairlead supporting component for ship decks, used to guide and limit ropes as they pass through. During navigation and berthing, it guides mooring ropes, disperses mooring tension, and prevents ropes from directly rubbing against the hull and causing damage;
2. Suitable as deck mooring supporting equipment for ocean-going cargo vessels, inland vessels, yachts, and offshore wind power platforms, and can be used together with mooring bollards as a complete set;
3. Used to control rope direction, buffer lateral tension caused by wind, waves, and water currents, protect the hull shell plating, and improve vessel mooring safety.

III. Material Application Scenarios
1. QT450 ductile iron fairlead: suitable for inland vessels and nearshore small and medium-sized cargo vessels, offering good toughness, impact resistance, and high cost performance;
2. Q235 cast steel fairlead: suitable for ocean-going vessels and offshore drilling platforms under large-tonnage heavy-duty mooring conditions, with excellent tensile strength;
3. Carbon steel welded type: suitable for non-standard customized large-size and special-opening vessel projects.
IV. Product Advantages
1. The one-piece formed structure has no spliced welds, ensuring uniform overall force distribution and resistance to cracking or deformation under instantaneous mooring impact tension;
2. The inner opening features fully rounded transitions with no sharp edges, greatly reducing rope friction loss and extending rope service life;
3. The widened rectangular flat-bottom base provides a large contact area with the deck, ensuring stable force bearing after welding and reducing the risk of weld detachment under long-term wind and wave conditions;
4. The double-layer heavy-duty anti-corrosion coating resists seawater salt spray and humid corrosion, making it suitable for long-term harsh marine environments on exposed ship decks;
5. It can be supplied together with mooring bollards, marine watertight doors, and marine fasteners, meeting unified anti-corrosion requirements for complete vessel systems;
6. Flexible sizes and specifications are available, supporting non-standard openings and customized tonnage ratings, suitable for various inland and ocean-going vessel deck renovation and newbuilding projects.
